Alex Crane clothing is made with sustainably sourced natural fibers including European linen grown in Normandy, France, organic cotton grown in Punjab, India, merino wool from family-run farms in Australia and alpaca fiber from the Andes Mountains. All clothes are botanically dyed with natural pigments derived from plants, minerals, rock, soil, indigo, flowers, avocado, and iron ore. Their collection exclusively uses natural materials including natural rubber, cactus leather, raw leather, coconut husk buttons, and corozo buttons made from ivory palm seeds.
